It's not meant to be real grindcore. This is made by a german band called Excrementory Grindfuckers - who view themselves as a parody on grindcore. At their gigs, they even ask their fans to keep editing the "Grindcore" article so it stops showing them as an example for a grindcore band.

They're just doing it for fun and as a parody on both grindcore and the covered songs.
