Zelinsky had no choice but to leave Dean. He ran the company into the ground, Elliot Rubinson bought the only thing left., The name "Dean" and the logo. Deans started out as high end guitars, DBZ`s going the same way. If ya keep doing the same thing expecting different results your gonna get burnt. "Dean" still hasn`t figured out that it`s bout time to drop the Cult Of Dime. Both DBZ, and Dean are making virtually the same guitars. And ridding a gead guys coat tails. It`s pathetic .

@wmrogers1 The ML design was created by zelinksy, not dimebag. Dimebag also never used EMGs. Both are very common in DBZ designs. You obviously have no idea what you're talking about.

They got really bad last year. 2 years ago I would have said that they were cutting edge, now they're just overpriced indonesian made junk.

If you can get your hands on a 2007 korean made one though chances are its a pretty good instrument.

That's exactly right, I mean seriously, that is almost the entire business focus now- those fucking Dimebag models, don't get me wrong. I like them, it's just that Dean will only be recognized for them. I got a Dime model for Christmas. And to be fully honest, I sort of regret it. I feel like that "One Guy" who got a Dime guitar like alot of other people. I picked up my friend's Gibson SG, and I deffinently don't want to go back.
