How come I've never heard of you guys before? You really do make a good point here. Others would argue that as our society evolves that it's "better" for us, but they're taking away knowledge and tradition that our elders have required, along with the simplicity of life.
as for the beer thing, when i was breat feeding my daughter i was told by the doctors to have a beer just before feeding, it was suppose to be good for the baby or something. I'm not a beer drinker so i never tried it but it is encouraged, at least in canada.
Hops help with milk production and let down. It also helps a mother relax. All things in moderation.
