@stmaartendude minus the cost of the 316L grade stainless steel. Well anyway, I'm running a dry cell, puts out enough hho to run a car under 5 litre entirely on hho . But its not using the helical design, its an 11 plate dry cell, got hole thing for $140 Canadian from hho2u.com,well anyway, helical cells are somewhat less efficient because of surface area. I use mine to power a small electric generator (woohoo no electricity bill) and a cutting torch. Hate to say it but the plans are free :-\
