George Carlin is one of my heroes, and I was lucky enough to see him here in Vegas before he died, but his criticisms of humanity are really inane. As if nobody but him are concerned about the worlds problems, or that the invention of tequila lollipops negate the wonders of modern science.

It's possible to be a skeptic and a realist, that's what I think of myself as, but it's another thing to be off-the-wall with absurd conspiracy theories and the us-vs-them mentality which is reactionary.
