I actually find it odd that people say Rotom's a legend when he's not.. Legendary pokemon, excluding Latias, Latios, Heatran, and Cresselia, don't have a gender. Rotom does, and appears more than once in the same place.

If you had bothered to read the description, the normal legendary theme from Gen. IV (which is not even Giratina's theme, since it has its own with the release of Platinum now) is used as a placeholder for legendaries that do not have their own unique theme.
