But i do not recomend using it against a team over using the missle launchers jets helicopter missles etc if you do use it get out of the area as soon as possible as your health regenerates but if your being pursued try to shake the opponent and fly low and out smart you pursuer just as you would with a car.

since jets aren't as fast pace but add me on Xbox for more training if you need it tankedtmandaman the best map for training i would say operation firestorm rush because its easier to find jets use flares as soon as you unlock them

heat seekers:only use them if you dont have guided missle

Stealth:use it until you get airadar.

The best setup is airadar,Ir flares,rocket pods rockets pods which he used in the video but flares might no b your favorite sometimes use extinguisher if you are dofightin

im good at jets on my 4th service star on rush mdo what he says when you dog fight since the jets are more armoerd on rush on conquest be as agressive as possbile it take 2 seconds if yuor on target to atleast disable a jet but this might just be me but for be it was easy to trail a jet if you can easily trail them you should be able to do it in 3 seconds (conquest) if you can easily trail them in five seconds you shoulsd be able to shoot them down to get good at trailing play rush then play cq

Today, I Shot down 6 Jets. One Pilot used the extinguisher twice so I disabled 8 jets, 6 Destroyed Planes, 4 Kills. Hardcore, Kharg Island, Russian side.

I trained myself from BF2 Experience. This video is a good way to teach yourself. The best thing to do in a dogfight, is break off as soon as there are any signs of another plane on your tail. Always break turn (High-G turn as I like to call it) and preform unpredictable moves to evade a bogey, and get behind him.

Most of the time when airplanes notice you are behind them, they start flying circles in the hope to lose you. This is actually a very good time to kill them because you will see them from diagonal above which gives you a bigger surface to hit them on. Just use your breaks so you can make sharper turns, shoot a couple of meter in front of them and they are destroyed within seconds.

@T0x1xGaming dont forget throttle usage, an air to air lock can be avoided using a tight wing over roll using airbrakes to slow and decrease your radius. sharp and quick turns can line up a kill while two planes circle, to pull a tight turn go slower than normal. Eventually the crosshair will hover over the enemys nose. BEAUTIFUL.

The Jet is the Harrier, heli is a Russian UH60 I believe, and the land vehicle is an IFV.

The loop you're referring to is a maneuver called an "Immelmann." Also, you should have mentioned the map ceiling in your commentary. If planes go up to high they are going to hit the ceiling, stall, and if unlucky they'll get shot down by enemy aircraft.

@EpicxEliteSh0t Afterburners are used for those times when you need quick jolts of speed. So for instance like climbing and getting away from an enemy or a ground troop with a stinger missile. Remember though that with the increased speed your turning radius becomes larger and if you try to get into a dogfight with your afterburners on you'll become an easy target for those who are good at leading their guns. Trial and error is the best way to learn.

@ilgrandemanu i am in my mind a great jet pilot but the only thing you can do is just try getting behind people after you get behind a jet (Taking out tanks with the main gun is almost impossible) but after you get behind them try getting a little above them or wait till they turn so u can see the whole jet and fire just in front of there nose but like he said i only use the main gun to so dont feel hopeless if you dont have rockets just try going after jets right away dont worry about anything

@ilgrandemanu Coming from a guy with 100 jet kills I can say that the best thing to do is to be a sneaky beaver and don't fly right over the action. Instead use the mountains and ocean for cover (by flanking far outside the action) and come in behind them. If they don't have radar then you're right on their six, be patient and make sure to lead your targets. Keep at it until you get your IR Flares and then you can become more bold.
