Spider-Man climbing walls makes sense within and is quintessential to the Spider-Man universe, having been bitten by a radioactive spider. It obviously requires some suspension of disbelief, othewise I'd refrain from watching these types of films. Within the MI universe (i.e. real world with real people universe), this is an exaggerated mess.
