Make sure they are WMV (download Any Video Converter, it allows you to download YouTube videos, and it also converts the file types). Once they are, just take them into Windows Movie Maker or a program like that and edit the clips how you want.
pretty good man. I noticed something... You and me seem to have alot of the same taste in what clips are good for a video. I'm making a Zelda series and many of the clips I used from Ocarina of Time and Majora's mask are the same as one's you've used.
