Hey, that looks pretty good. Assuming I can find a working rom (which so far I haven't, it's surprisingly unavailable considering what it is), how much ram do you think one would need to play this? I'll be upgrading soonish, but as of now my ram's not that great. (not my first emulator, but my first gamecube try. my other emulations have been n64 and shit like that)

I've tried running this game on dolphin 2.0 and 3.0 on my computer and it's always laggy and the fps rarely goes over 45 or 50. My computer is running on windows XP 32 bit, my CPU is a Intel Core duo E6300 @ 1.86GHz, I have 3GB of ram, and my graphics card is a 512MB GeForce 8400 GS (nVidia). Do you know if my computer isn't fast or powerful enough, or is something wrong with the emulator or rom? Thanks.

@Bayshore1995 my comp can run any GC, and 90% of wii games at 100% speed, i have a Quadcore, 3.1 Ghz cpu, 6GB ram and my graphics card is an ATI Radeon 4200 HD graphics card

Wow runs nice! Even throwing in a few sequence breaks there. It would have run faster if it wasn't for the screen capture tool. I was going to make a Let's Play of this game but since my capture tools don't work, I'll use this instead. Now to just configure a PS3 controller to work for this.

@SLASH895 As long I I own my original copy, which I did, I can download it off from internet without getting in trouble. Regardless, I cannot tell you where to find the rom/iso. Your best option is to find it yourself with google or rip it yourself. Here's a search hint, torrent.

@stupidmark987 yes you can! i use my ps3 controller all the time, with a xbox 360 controller emulator, it makes it super easy to use a ps3 controller.

Yes it works just fine with any controller. I'm using a logitech Rumblepad 2 and i'm halfway through MP1, the rumble never works though xD

@Helladrendoria it doesn't cost any money to overclock it yourself. All you need is a better cooler and motherboard that support overclock. I no longer have core i7 920, I now have core i7 970, which has 6 cores processor.

The only thing I change was fog and alpha pass. But even without it, I still maintain 30-40 fps.

@aigamerDS I don't understand why are u disabling fog and alpha pass? what are those options for? I'm playing on amd phenom II x4 at 3.2 ghz and it runs at 60fps most of the time, with minimums of 40 fps very playable, with your oc'ed i7 you must be fliying!

I did adjust setting to speed it up. I enable dual core (I wish it support quad core) and disable fog rendering.

There is nothing I can do with this situation. I suggest you to buy a new graphic card. If you want the cheap one, buy HD 5450. If you want the high-end type, buy HD 5870 or 5850 from ati.

@aigamerDS i got an HD 5870 on a 17" laptop and with a core i7 720qm and i tried to run supermario galaxy and it runs at 35 fps using dolphin 2.0, is there a better version of dolphin? oh my OS is a 64 bit win7

@Atstyle You can run SMG2 at 60 fps, but you need to tweak some setting. Under Config/Plugins tab, choose Dolphin Direct3D9 instead of Dolphin OpenGl. After that, config that graphic plugin and under Advanced Tab, choose "To texture" instead of "To RAM". This way, you can get perfect 60 fps. Works for me.

@Atstyle I think dolphin direct3d9 is only available for desktop. If you have desktop, direct3d9 should be available. I tried this with alienware m11x and the direct3D9 isn't available.
