Can you eat the fruit and veg right out of the can? Or do you have to add water? If you eat to many without reconstituting will you get dehydrated? I seriously don't know much about freeze dried and am really curious. TY
@johnandrea1234 You could eat these right out of the can, but you probably wouldn't want to. One way to think about it would be to compare these to breakfast cereal. Sure, you can eat it dry, but it's better with milk. These vegetables will be most appealing if used to make soup, stew, etc.
