Most sensible individuals that cherish the values of this nation would agree that everyone gets due process of law and a fair trial. Not only that, torture is prohibited by the 8th Amendment. We are supposed to be a nation of law. This isn't about anyone escaping justice, it's about following procedure to ensure justice.
