In the bridge of the song, it goes "A, E, C9 D9." The F and G are just the transition from the 2nd chorus to the bridge.

You're right, thanks for pointing that out.  I played the incorrect chords during the bridge in the video, which explains why I had trouble finding the right notes to sing.
