You better get this part down, because the next part's a complete killer for newcomers

...and the next save point is after that room, so that means if you die, you have to go past the bullet bills again.

I recommend alternating full jumps and short hops off of the bullet bills to make it across safely. Remember not to touch the snifit though!

If your going down you have to shoot the wiggly spike then jump on it...

then after that learn where the blocks appear.....

You need to be holding down shift when you land on the bullet bills to get enough height. Took me a while to figure that out.

In order to get through the bullet bill part you haz to kill the SUPER LAZ0R CONTROL GUY by jumping behind him and making him aim one of his bullet bills at him. After that it's baby steps Archael...baby steps....

At least it's different paths, not the same.

The bottom path you're supposed to let the shaky spike on the left side fall, and that acts as a platform, and then invisible platforms will appear.
