for you guys who can't find the brightness bar, you can right click on your dekstop, go to your card settings, mine is nvidia here, go to display, adjust dekstop color settings, and choose nvidia settings and there you go! adjust your brightness, gamma, and contrast,,, I hope this helps you out! credits to ehow (dot) com!! :)

TENSED. I HV THAT SLIDER TO INCREASE/DECREASE THE BRIGHTNESS.. BUT IT'S NOT WORKING.. EVEN IF I MOVE MY SLIDER... THEREZ NO CHANGE IN MY SCREEN BRIGHTNESS... IF INCREASE IT N CLOSE IT, N WHN I REOPEN IT, ITS AGAIN BACK TO ITS LOWEST BRIGHTNESS CONDITION (AS BEFORE). WHAT SHOULD I DO/

@bhavesh115 are u sure that you saved it when you moved the slider, if that does not work try adjusting the actual screen contrast in settings :)
