  • You should know that SS is dirty...

  • fucking hippies

  • Since Paul Watson interfered with Japan's whaling, many donations gathered for him. He became a terrible rich person. It was his purpose from first. Why does environmental groups need to become a rich person?

  • @D2ooSAX boy you don't know shit. you don't donate to one person but to an organization! sea sheperd pays watson a salary, that hasn't changed in years!

  • @rippendale Kid, It is because the country has rotted that an offender gets support. It seems that they does not know even a shameful.

  • @rippendale SS is a liar for an offender. It is foolish to trust them. They do not work for a whale. Money-making is the true purpose. They threw many bottles containing butyric acid in the sea in the beautiful South Pole. And they also threw in many unrecoverable ropes. They poured many oil by the broken boat. Neither is collected by them.

  • @D2ooSAX Wow..the syntax, the grammar...let me guess...you must be japanese.

  • @D2ooSAX Well, anyhow....your English is better than my Japanese.

  • @plbuster I cannot speak English. I am using translation software and discussing. I apologizes for an unclear thing. However, don't we need to understand the difference in not only the language by the difference in a country but a custom, or culture, and need to accept it? You eat a cow and although a few we eat a whale. And a whale is not reduction and is increasing [ too much ]. Although there is a problem each other, it is mutually important for it to understand each other.

  • @D2ooSAX I have no problem with hunting animals for food, even whales. America and Europe were the places where whales were hunted for whale-oil, which brought the species to the brink of extinction.

As to the efforts of the Sea Shepherd and Gojira....well...I believe the endangerment of Japanese crews is unwarranted and a violation of international law.

  • @plbuster I think you can think calmly. GP and SS says research whaling of Japan are illegal. They says that there is a risk of a whale being extinction. And they attack a Japanese ship. The problem is their lie and violence. As for commercial whaling, the state of the stop continues by the moratorium. The purpose of the moratorium is to protect the whale of reduction.

  • @plbuster However, it is defined that the moratorium is unnecessary by the increase in a whale by Japan. IWC permits research whaling and is bringing the data together in them. Research whaling of Japan becomes lawful by the 8th article of ICRW.

  • @plbuster It is checked by research whaling that an antarctic whale is continuing increasing. However, since an anti-whaling nation does not want to accept it, they has forced various difficult problems on IWC. Anyhow, SS and GP tell a lie and are instigating anti-whaling for their money-making. The performance of anti-whaling is because donations gather.

  • @rippendale They do damage to a whale or many fish. Are they environmental groups? Can't understand to you that they are doing performance using TV for a money profit without justice?

  • @D2ooSAX Well, you can convince me of that...but the rest of America fed a steady stream of environmentalist nonsense...

Anyhow, there is a reason SS ships are not registered in the United States...their craft would be confiscated for violations of international shipping laws.

  • @plbuster I think that their lie does not continue for a long time. The time of people of the world noticing the right fact before long comes.

  • go gojira

  • SS said that they protect the whale which is likely to be exterminated. You also believe that. Then, I have one question to you. Why don't you and SS contribute for the Inuit who gets bowhead whale of endangered species truly, and make him stop whaling? Why do you contribute for SS which can do only violence? You and SS who have only a lie and performance, should get to know shame. Japan is catching the whale increased too much.

  • @D2ooSAX

does the inuit kill hundreds of whales? do they sell the meat for profit? no they kill the whale for food and to feed their comunity. They don't sell the meat on the open market. They kill for food and only food not money.

also they only kill on average 50 per year which is nothing, compared to a kill quoata of almost a thousand? and the whaleing sell the meat for profit not food (yes they do eat the food but its mainly for profit)

  • @todadog (1)Your remark is convenient or its idea is unripe. Not the quantity that takes a whale but a rate is a problem. The Inuit is catching the whale which is likely to be exterminated. Japan has taken the whale increased too much. Don't you know it? Why is it bad to sell? Don't you know whether IWC have imposed a duty upon the whaling nation so that it may eat or sell? Your country sells the cow and pig, without making Japan whale. Don't you think that is a dirty thing?

  • @todadog (2)Profits do not come out of research whaling of Japan. Even if it sells whale meat, Japan cannot perform investigation of the next year only by profits. There is more cost. You are the fool who blames foreign countries with not knowing. You believe only the lie of an anti-whaling organization. Is it more comfortable?

  • if you get a call from your enemy offering to help you, you. have. failed

  • ALL OF YOU STOP! you blame it on all of Japan. You are a bunch of morality pussys. HOw is this difffernt than killing cows. One is more beautiful than the other. OH how sad. Bring up a real reason before you go and start blaming all of Japan you fuck tards.

  • @anothersickman Well for one thing, cows are farmed and aren't in any danger of going extinct. And many people including those in Sea Shepherd (while on voyage) don't eat any animals.

For another, whales (cetaceans) include dolphins which are the smartest animals that we know of next to ourselves. Many believe that harm is proportional to sentience, thus killing whales is much worse than cows.

Finally, Japan has signed a binding anti-whaling treaty. They've agreed NOT to do this yet still do.

  • @ChollieD Now I'm gonna say this. You don't have to believe it, because I'm pretty sure you won't, but what the whalers do is for research. Yes, eventually the meat does get sold, usually as food. However that isn't the whalers job. They DO do research. However, what happens to the meat after they are done they wouldn't have much control over. I mean, what are they gonna do? Dump it overboard?

  • @anothersickman Well, if they were engaged in research, then they would have a defined end to the project that requires whale killing. Do they? How many papers have they published as part of this research?

Also, I don't think that you need nearly 1,000 fin and minke whales each year in order to do statistically valid research. Studies with human subjects manage to get by on lower numbers when circumstances require.

  • @ChollieD Yea, you would know because that's your area of expertise? Why don't you study it before you say something like that. Get some facts.

  • @anothersickman Population statistics are population statistics, whether you research whales or people. or hydrogeologic phenomena which (incidentally) is my expertise.

And I know that field projects usually have a defined end, and I've never heard the Japanese indicate any end to their study.

You assert that the Japanese whalers DO research. So surely you know this for a fact and can point me to the results of their studies.

  • @ChollieD Well, the results of their studies depends on what specific aspect they are studying. From what I've read, they could be studying any number of things at any given time. But something tells me you won't believe this.

  • @anothersickman Do they publish these results in journal articles, like almost any other biologist or ecologist would? What are they studying?

You shouldn't allow yourself to say that oh yes they're doing important, valuable research when in fact you don't know what they are studying. I don't mean this as a personal attack.

Even the IWC has issued at least 19 resolutions criticizing Japan's failure to meet common-sense guidelines for lethal research and for issuing ITSELF permits.

  • @ChollieD Like I just said, it varies. It could go from observation of the stomach to studying tissues. And seriously, by common sense guidelines you don't mean publishing work right. Because nobody, not the Japanese or anyone else, HAS to do it. Sure it would be nice for some people, but it doesn't matter. And something tells me you are sure they commercially whale. If so, please elaborate.

  • @anothersickman Of course they commercially whale. The meat gets sold in Japan. QED.

And yes, I *DO* mean publishing their data. They should be eager to do so, if the data's value to human knowledge weren't so insignificant that it would get laughed at by the biologist community at large.

A lot of (most?) privately funded research gets published in some form, unless there is a patent in question. You're not suggesting that the Japanese are trying to patent whale reflux...?

  • @ChollieD I said this in another video. Look at it this way. They do research and then what. They don't just dump the body overboard. In the end it would go to someone else. Outside of the whalers control. Instead of wasting and dumping the meat overboard, they would give it to someone else where, yes, it probably would usually be sold. But what happens to the meat after whaling really wouldn't be whalers jurisdiction, would it?

  • @ChollieD I said this in another video. Look at it this way. They do research and then what. They don't just dump the body overboard. In the end it would go to someone else. Outside of the whalers control. Instead of wasting and dumping the meat overboard, they would give it to someone else where, yes, it probably would usually be sold. But what happens to the meat after whaling really wouldn't be whalers jurisdiction, would it? In that case it really couldn't be considered commercial.

  • @ChollieD And the Japanese don't have to publish anything if they don't want to. Just because you want proof of something doesn't mean it will happen...

  • @anothersickman its not illegal to kill cows u tard...

  • the only thing that I like about Japan is anime LOL. Stop the whale hunting motherfuckers.

  • @scagish Whale meat is nicer than a seal. But stop the tastes of food.

  • I feel no culture ↓↓

  • NOOBS I HATE JAPAN ASSHOLES

  • Japan ought to research why they have to sail 7,000 miles away into a whale sanctuary to find another thousand whales to "research".

  • thats why japan was hit by tsunami coz they are stupid!!

  • Wow... At icrwhale(.)com they said not one of the sea shep's responded to the distress call.

  • Thumbs up if you thought this was gojira as in the monster godzilla

  • @MajicLaMa

i think that was the idea

  • God created whales for us to eat. It's a sin not to eat.

  • This is a new episode where i am at today (July 29th 2011). I JUST WANT TO GIVE THE LIEING JAPANESE VESSELS A PIECE OF MY MIND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • D2ooSAX D2ooSAX - Arsehole

  • It is a mistake that man controls a living thing.

  • A dinosaur and a mammoth are in the living thing extinct until now.

However, is someone troubled after they are exterminated? If the dinosaur is walking along the town, I cannot go to my boss's house by car safely. If a mammoth is in the door, I cannot attend a company. The old thing is lost and a new thing is produced in the world. The living thing to extirpate is eaten by other kinds, or dies, without the ability to respond to an environmental change. Just it is natural.

  • All of the whales got together and blew ass at the same time causing a giant tsunami which then hit japans nuclear reactors causing chaos. That is why they are so angry at the whales.

  • GP → Great Peabrain

  • Sea Shepherd →S.S→Shit Session

  • japan, you are a disgrace to the world.

  • @rippendale Hahaha It's you.You should get to know a shame.

  • @rippendale just because they make a few mistakes doesn't make them a disgrace, i am anti-whaling but that's no reason to be hating all of japan

  • @rippendale dang ur comment got more likes than this video

  • The IWC committee denied the act of SS unanimously.

    The world disliked them.

They are a drifter of the solitary sea.

  • @D2ooSAX The IWC are fucking pussies

  • @rippendale I also think so.

Japan get only 600 whale because Japan is restrained by IWC. If there is no IWC, Japan can get a whale as it likes it.It is as your completely saying. You moron...

  • Many of scientists of the science whaling committee are evaluating highly the results of an investigation of research whaling of Japan. It is not true that just SS protects a whale. For them, money-making is their target, they are the dirty group.

Please read well ICRW 8th article.

  • @Pistinbully Thanks, and sorry, Although Japanese is glad, there is no telling what have said at all. Please translate this Japanese into English at a trial. However, I understand that you are no elegance and no culture person.

  • @D2ooSAX dont 獲物鯨!!!

  • @BasketballSuperSwish Whale meat is more delicious than beef. Whale meat fresher than a sick cow is safe.

Livestock pollutes soil. The contamination pollutes the sea.

Livestock pollutes the sea. Let's eat a whale.

  • @D2ooSAX I WILL NOT EAT A WHALE... EVERRR!!!!!!!!!

  • @BasketballSuperSwish A food dislike is not good for health like you. But please feel easy. Instead of you, we eat a whale.

  • @D2ooSAX FYI I eat alot of healthy stuff.. but eating whales, thats just wrong!!!!! ewwww grossss

  • @BasketballSuperSwish You are eating cow, pig and hen everyday. Why eating whale is wrong? You have not fishing? You hve not eat fish? These are the same thing. You say strange.

  • @D2ooSAX i am a vegetarian, i dont eat any meat. And whales, they are illegal to kill because they are endangered.

  • @BasketballSuperSwish Research whaling of Japan has taken the Minke whale increased too much. The American Inuit has taken the whale in the danger of extinction. Your country is illegal if it is illegal to take a whale with the danger of extinction. Research whaling of Japan is admited by IWC. That is, I am not illegal. Please study more rather than please judging by feeling.Vegetarian is good, but don't push your feeling to others.

  • @D2ooSAX okay... but just say that you feel bad for eating whales and this fight can be all over with :)

  • @BasketballSuperSwish Japanese people ate rice and a whale as well as your eating a cow and a pig. Gastronomic culture is different if a country is different. Don't you allow, if it is not the same gastronomic culture as your country? It is required for you to have the heart of the tolerance which accepts the gastronomic culture of other countries. It became impossible for Japan to almost take a whale because of opposition from you. You are cruel.

  • @D2ooSAX Just at least say that you kind of feel bad for eating whales :') and thats all you have to say :)

  • @BasketballSuperSwish You are Simple brain. We feel bad for eating a whale is a mistake. We stand to reason that man eats food. You eat cow, pig, and potato. We eat rice, beans, fish and few whale meat. What is a problem? Problem is you we think.

  • @D2ooSAX

Eat all the whale you want, just stay the fuck out of whale sanctuaries and catch them in your own damn water.

  • @ravenspe Have you said "Catch a whale more"? Yes, we should.

By unnecessary protection of the United States or Australia, whales increased in number too much. The whale increased too much eats many small fish. Man's control of a living thing will lose the balance of an ecosystem. A fish catch in the world became less. The whale in the Antarctic Ocean migrates to other seas. Only the fool is worried that a whale may be exterminated.

  • @D2ooSAX

It's difficult to understand your English so excuse me if I'm wrong but are you saying that whales are in direct competition with your people in the catching fish? If so that is quite pathetic, maybe your people should look into fish farms and assist in the control of over fishing.

Fish aren't even the primary diet of whales and their numbers are by far less than what they were just 30 years ago. And yet we had no shortages of fish then, it's over fishing that's causing the shortages

  • @ravenspe A whale is a state increasing too much. Whales are not decreasing in number. There are few blue whales.

However, Japan does not catch that kind. It is a whale of the kind increased too much which Japan gets. Please do not have misunderstanding.

  • @D2ooSAX

Well it's obvious the language barrier is too much to not have a misunderstanding. That or your just directly ignoring what I'm saying but I'll say again, regardless of the whale populations the Japanese need to stay out of foreign waters and catch whale in their own territory. And more specifically, they need to stay out of the whale sanctuary. I never said I was against hunting but every animal needs a sanctuary if were to expect it's species to live on. So again, stay in Japan!

  • @ravenspe "foreign waters" -- Is it the Arctic Ocean? What country is that? The South Pole is not also a thing of a country of what. "sanctuary" -- It seems that you have many misunderstanding. Were you deceived by whom?Research whaling of Japan is the scientific researches observed in IWC. And they are obliged for it to sell or to eat. It seems that you know nothing. Your feeling is not law. Please study. "So again, stay in Japan"! This is your racial discrimination remark.

  • Scared or Tatemae ?

What a bunch of Chikens they make these whales eaters !

They called their Mom before getting spanked !

  • some pirates who cause a damage to a vessel in freezing water is offering a help?

  • Haha what happend? Does the poor Japanese whalers get a bit frustrated? SSC is even willing to offer those a*ses tissues in case they want to cry a bit more as babies. Go Sea Shepherd! Get those mother **ckers!!

  • Where did you find this footage?? It isn't on the Sea Shepherd website.

  • lol, yea and what exaclty was that broadcast about? oh wait... it was a call from a scientific ship that was under attack by a number of vessels flying pirate flags and who have already attacked a number of other vessels in the area? and they wouldnt respond to the vessel that was attacking them?? what a surprise

  • SSCS and Supporter never know they are real idiots and most of world not respect them. They should live in owen fantasy to save whale is save earth but not making noise in real world.

  • I give you good news

    D. Peter Boucher find SSCS violation of International Maritime law and took action as folloing comment.

We therefore formally request the International Transport Federation (ITF) through and with the New Zealand Maritime Unions to place a detention writ on the vessel MS Steve Irwin when it arrives in New Zealand Waters. We request this writ on behalf of the Seafarers involved who are not able to protect themselves .

  • @ednakano1 "We" good job ednakano you just admitted to being a paid member of the ICR, dumbass

  • Why SSCS people are so radicurous and liar.

Who made trouble and who ask help of pirates.

  • @ednakano1

Lol, apparently the whalers ask help of "pirates" as they say so on their website

  • @sorryimsogreat2

SI will not rerurn without refuel money and next year.

Regulation is changed and fuel cost will rise.

Therefore Paul Watson have less will to retuen south sea.

  • @ednakano1

lol, there's nothing illegal about refueling in port, SI will be back in no time.

  • @sorryimsogreat2

it is illegal under International Maritime Law to demand money from a crew to support the operation of a vessel regardless of the Classification of the vessel.

And Real capt. D. Peter Boucher is International Master Mariner. The have power to protect crew.

  • @ednakano1

    Reffer NAUTICAL LOG

  • @ednakano1

Paul isn't demanding money, he's asking for it as he always has because his organization is a charity organization open to donations. Obviously Peter Boucher should look that up.

  • @sorryimsogreat2

If you thins so Go to NAUTICAL LOG and challenge International Master Mariner. You can post comment.

  • @ednakano1

I don't need to debate with the self proclaimed know it all. Hell, not even ICR has contested such stupidity, and if ICR doesn't stoop to it, it obviously doesn't have a hope or a prayer of being a successful claim.

  • @ednakano1

Honestly, the old loon is saying that paul watson is threatening people to get them to give donations, he says he's threatening his crew, among other things. That's obvious propaganda. You should put Boucher back on his meds before he really loses it.

  • @sorryimsogreat2

Why you go to the bolg and challenge international Master Mariner?

You are coward and not confidence to discuss him.

    Loser should shut your mouth.

  • @ednakano1

You want me to give you a list?

    1) He's no master, he's just some retired sailor, not a legal maritime expert.

    2) He's a blatant liar and obvious propagandist.

    3) He list no laws, but just calls on authorities to do something.

    4) He's childish and talks about Paul as if he were Lord Voldemort

shut my mouth? I'm not talking loser, I'm typing.

  • @sorryimsogreat2

All of your list are silly propaganda. Otherwise you can shut his mouth.

  • @ednakano1

Why would I need to shut his mouth? Idiots like him have equal rights to express their opinions just like us(and that doesn't include you) non idiots. Lol, it's funny that you'd want that fool representing you though.

  • @sorryimsogreat2

    1) but pauls no not a capt. so i guess that means that we cant take his word on anything maritime related.

    2) dito for watson

    3) dito for the sea idiots

    4) dito for the sea idiots talking about whalers

  • @spcantwell

    1) Captain: a person who is at the head of or in authority over others; chief; leader. (So yeah, he is)

    2) it's ditto not dito, and no

    3) Sea Shepherd has a website of laws

    4) Sea Shepherd has never associated whalers to lord Voldemort you liar, lol

  • @sorryimsogreat2

    1) Paul Watson are not real captain as well known. The have no license to be call captain.

On the other hand, Captain Boucher have experienced carrier with legal adviser for Maritime laws.

    2) Paul Watson is liar which hundred times proved.

    3) It isn't mean no law. And your debate of refuel in Antarctic sea have no legal refarence.

    4) PW is real childish and finally call people "paid troll" but he is paid troll of SSCS.

  • @ednakano1 Troll harder. Also you're right Paul Watson isn't a Captain. He's an Admiral.

  • @lionfiretx

Wahaha, If so and SSCS call this comedy "Whale Wars" SSCS sould not complain if SSCS ships are sunk.

    It is "War".

Actually PW almost give up to stay south ocean and try to use excuse of no money.

  • @sorryimsogreat2

    1) again, anyone with any REAL experiance in the martime world uses the term capt to indicate someone with a capt license. if it wasnt for the fact that hes an idiot terrorist he would have more then enough sea time to get at least a 100 ton license.

    2) who really cares? you know what i ment

    3) no the sea idiots web site has there version of laws. like how they think that they are some sort of sheriff of the sea

    4) and the whalers never said it either, so you lied first

  • @spcantwell

    1) You're not a person of any maritime experience, so how do you have the gall to make such a statement? I know the English language, I used the term captain the way the English Language made it, so stop complaining.

    2) I care, duh uh

    3) ICRetards are the ones stating the laws in their own brand fashion, instead of diretly linking it to an outside legal source.

    4) I never said the whalers did, I said you're retarded blogger did you moron.

  • @sorryimsogreat2

1)never claimed to be an expert, but i do have years of experiance and work with people with decades of it. they all agree with me. i mearly want to use it correctly.

    2)and i DONT care

3)ummmm piracy=bad? whats so hard to understand? and they do state EXACTLY what part of the IWC regulations they are working under

4)actauly you said "4) He's childish and talks about Paul as if he were Lord Voldemort" so i responded that many sea idiots use the same language.

  • @spcantwell

    1) Then don't claim any sort of maritime knowledge and then complain when you're corrected

    2) tough

    3) SSCS hasn't been charged with any accounts or piracy by anyone, not even by the Japanese government. Why don't they link the madrid protocols and the passed IWC resolutions which apply to them?

    4) No SSCS members speak like, but I have seen ICRetards speak like that.

  • @sorryimsogreat2

but i havnt been corrected. you made a claim thats wrong.i corrected YOU.i have also talked this over with people who ARE experts. actauly i belive they have been charged as terrorists.there is probaly something about not being able to charge the same person with the same crime more then once.besides its the sea idiots themselfs who claim that they are pirates. ok,name one icr person who has said that the sea idiots are Voldemort. i can find plenty of u who say they are evil

  • @spcantwell

You haven't proven anything, and no SSCS has not been charged as a terrorist organization, they're still a 4 star charity organization. Sea Shepherd calls themselves pirates to mock those who already do, they've talked about this in documentaries because of Norway. I never said ICRetards said anything that stupid, I said you're "maritime exert" does. But of course you'll find us calling whalers evil, because they are.

  • @sorryimsogreat2

and you have proven even less. actualy they are being investigated by the US goverment with the view to remove them from the list. the sea idiots have been saying that for years. way before the even started dealing with the japanese. so calling someone a name that means "pure eveil" in modern culture is bad but calling people flat out "evil" is ok? and no researchers have ever been charged as poachers. so going by your logic, that means that they arnt

  • @spcantwell

ahaha, they've being investigated because Japan(a wealthy nation) has requested it, honestly if a nation asks for a simple favor like that I'd be astonished if the US didn't respond in some manner. But it is completely politically motivated and nothing will happen. I'm not saying referring to someone as lord voldemort is obscene, I'm saying it's stupidly funny. ICR has been convicted in Australian federal court for illegally hunting whales, and what's an illegal hunt? Poaching.

  • @sorryimsogreat2

well that and everyone involved with the maritime industry knows that they are bring in a lot more money then they are spending. funny same story with the investigations against the whalers... its all politcaly motivated. oh and the ICR was never convicted, only charged. oh and the sanctuary, and the aus claim of owning the southern ocean is illigal. and again the ICR is following the IWC RULES

  • @spcantwell

They weren't charged, they were prosecuted in Australian Federal court, the case is done. IWC rules? What abut the dozen resolutions telling them to stop, decrease, or produce real research?
