No the old man in this video is wrong! If you train like these guys you will get your ass handed to you. This is the most pathetic strongman video I have ever seen, wait this does not even qualify as a strongman video. To be good at the events you must train the events. Gym lifting is just half the battle. These guys in this video are idiots!
