I know she gave Fosse credit for single ladies but it's not her job, other people choreograph the videos and I'm sure they asked for permission ahead of time or the work would go to lawsuit.
For me it's just like a Remake of an Old Music videos.. just like remaking a Film.. i think she is not Copying at all and i'm sure they asked permission for it... you're just making it Complicated and making her Bad..
WOW at all the people who are taking up for her when ANNE TERESA came out on a radio interview and stated her self that Beyonce took her dance and used it with out her permission. Including the scenery, clothing and etc. She also said Beyonce took away from the actually art of why she created the dance. She said Beyonce is not a bad dancer or signer but she's shocked because she would expect Beyonce to be more professional about it being that she's in the industry she's in. Try researching.
Wtf so far i havent seen atleast 20 singers oing their own dance moves ofcourse they copy ? Do you think they are coming up with everything themselves or what?
first, she not stealing she likes to use ideas from other videos, in this case she was inspired nd in a eay she made it modified nd she did indeed givr credit, lyk yu guys are just tryna find a reason to hate on her md her susposedly fans who arent defending her case, woow. bt dis is ridiculous she doesnt steal it if she lyks is she uses it,not aa big deal, get over it she still makes amazing vids
Look artist take dance moves from other people all the time...in this case Beyonce its a choreographer sometimes she makes her own moves n other times people create them for her. Whoever gave her the dance moves copied it from the no name girl. Y'all shouldn't b mad at her get mad at the person that gave it to her. Y'all need stepped off her ovaries n keep it moving. Damn.
Well MJ took moves from james brown, tina turner took josephine baker its not stealing its keeping the dance history relevant! Chris and usher took moves from mj which he took from james etc! Dummies
@CrizMiranda What if someone hacked your youtube account and changed the profile completely, even the password, the name remains the same. Then you go your account (with another account you could get legal acces to) laying claim to said account, but the person replies: No, I didn't steal, I took the it and made it my own. ♥
She is been knows steal many dance moves & songs that's why she is always getting sued up the ass for copyright infringement . Beyonce is the most unoriginal singer out there . She can't come up with something new . Only her deranged fans are still defending her after this video
@man4man7110 lol i agree take a look at richarddamien94's comment. i meant its right in front of your face and people still defend her!!!! im starting to believe that she really has people under a spell. smh
Respond to this video...beyonce is known for stealing not just songs ie: angel wings from "beyonce experience" , taken from michael jackson, jail scene in "beyonce experience", taken from jail scene from "chicago", 2006 vma's perfomance of "ring the alarm" taken from brittney spears vma performance, 2011 bma perfromance of "run the world" taken from Lorella Cuccarini's 2010 performance, the metal hand in "single ladies", taken from kylie minogue, shall i continue?
@RichardDamien94 no this was not a parody, 1st of there is nothing funny about it, and thats the definition of parody. secondly, how can u parody something that ur target audience knows nothing about? that like me being a pop atar a making a parody of "apres un reve" by gabriel faure.. most of my audience wouldnt know what the hell song that is and would think its an original idea. ur supposed to parody something that it familiar to pop culture, ie weird al yancovich and "beat it" (eat it)
@ChristenJaNae You so silly:P It doesn't have to be funny to be a parody, and doesn't it matter if her target audience know nothing about, even though I obviously knew about it. Also, L2Grammar.
@RichardDamien94 1st of dont disrespect me, 2nd off the definition of parody is spoof or lamppoo or mock, and if u ever seen "national lampoon" u would know this is a comedy 3rd, do u have a background in entertainment or music? If u do u would know that target audience has a lot to do with it. the majority of her target audience is too young to have seen this original video, thats why most of her fans did not know it was stolen. Same as "mexican breakfast" and "single ladies."
@RichardDamien94 Sorry to intrude in a rather old conversation. But the definition of a parody, according to the Oxford dictionary, is: "an imitation of the style of a particular writer, artist, or genre with deliberate exaggeration for comic effect" We can draw two things from this: A) a parody does not copy things the parodied person actually made, and B) it's supposed to be funny. Since this video isn't intended comically and the dance moves are copied, it's not a parody, but plagiarism.
I know she gave Fosse credit for single ladies but it's not her job, other people choreograph the videos and I'm sure they asked for permission ahead of time or the work would go to lawsuit.

can u just think of it as Beyonce does a dance cover
She never claim the moves is choreograph completely originally
if u say so many people copy Bob Fosse...
i think doing a MV is just a concept...and they put this dance may be with artistic meaning
stop picking on such a small thing
