another great way of auto leveling is in the leviathan (after the alarms go off permanently) just set up your gambits on at least one character to Ally: any blindna and ally: any poisona and ally: any cure then foe: nearest attack and have the augments inquisitor, headsman' and martyr

lol for me when i level up i just use the first esper when you only have him get him on vaanthen when you are in a area with loads of guys that give good exp with 3 ppl just use vaan and summon balias there you get x3 of the exp for vaan only i got to level 22 from level 9 no problem

Thank you DDay3553! I did forget to mention turning your battle speed up and casting Haste on Negalmur also helps to speed up the leveling. Just be careful where you put the gambit on your characters.

@kev69323 if your chars are that level might i suggest going to nabreus deadlands? theres one area that spawn a TON on dead bones not to mention you can steal golden skullcaps from them :), its much more worth your while at that lvl :)

@mkeats89 The problem with the Nabreus Deadlands is that the Dead Bones in Overlooking Eternity are of a finite number despite popular belief, thirty minutes of slaughtering them and I ran out of ones to kill. You'd have to go back to the Slumbermead and then return to Overlooking Eternity to keep it up, but this makes you use the controller. Mutilator7's guide lets the game do it for you so you can sleep or go to school or something.

Just have two things to add to make this go even quicker. First, in "Config", make sure "Battle Speed" is turned all the way to fast, so u can kill more in shorter times. And if you characters are strong enough, add a gambit to cast Haste on Foe > 5000 HP, or if you dont have Foe > 5000, manually cast Blind on Neglamuur and make a gambit for Foe Status = Blind cast Haste. Those should just get you more XP / LP for your time. Good Luck.

It's a good method that I used in conjunction with a full party equipped with golden armlets to gain the maximum amount of LP possible. After I left it on overnight, I'm glad to say my characters gained about 15 levels a piece and almost 6500 LP each character; even my overleveled Vaan, which was a result Dustia abuse. Charge is very optional. I didn't have self: MP<10% yet. Plus, the MP bonuses you get from the chain rewards cover your magick costs. All in all, a long but effective trick.

This auto leveling trick does indeed work and its a very efficient way to level and you dont have to be present at the controller, so you can go to sleep and still be gaining xp and leveling. Theres other videos of the trick being done actually showing you how its done rather than just telling you. (no offense to the maker of this video), just saying.

i used to use self>lure on all the allies instead of the party leader.. this way less monsters will atack him, also use someone like balthier as leader, cause of its long range. you should also think about putting up ally>revive>leader as priorety, once the loop crashes if the leader die!

Revive won't usually be a problem if your secondary characters are constantly casting decoy. Plus, with remedy lore 3, and remedys set on party leader, you'll automatically dispel doom status if your leader gets hit, which won't happen very often (it happened to me once when I watching the process). The only real problem is very rare: on rare occasions, a secondary character can get hit with confuse. Should that happen, and their attack is high enough, they can kill the party leader.

A couple extra things, it might be better for longer periods of time seeing as he seems to use Doom every other attack, so elimiating the Remedys, and just make sure everyone is hasted and has Raise as Gambit 1 or 2, then defense is also not needed as your going to die more from doom then damage. Also, you only need to kill the horse in that room. but eliminating items allows this to litterally last forever (until party leader dies/you leave room), not until you run out of remedies.

By party leader dying, you have about 3 seconds to revive him before the "switch party leader" screen pops up. A hasted Raise will take just under 3 seconds which is why you don't need remedies.

Indeed, but to keep this loop going, you don't want to have to be reliant on items. Thus the loop isn't a loop, it's just small way to do it. But if you want to use decoy, I'd have it set to only the party leader who uses them on him/herself, that way you keep the loop going.

First, if u want this method to work for xxxxxx hours, u will need to set a Gambit in the party leader to use a Remedie everytime he gets Doom'ed. This way he will never die. I know.. Remedies cost 400Gil, but u'll win like 100,000 after some time using this method.. so no problem.

Second, u dont need the best weapons the game has to do this.. That way u'll get knocked down easily if some "Tank" get confused and knock out your party leader ;)

Well, I tried this method last night.

I was level 52 and now Iam level 80 in just few hours. Well I used that amulet called Embroidered Tippet, that doubles your exp.

Anyway, in most of the videos and sites, they dont explain how to make it last for the hours u want.. so I'll explain to you.

i think the best levelling spot is in cerrobi steppe..here you can find the ring wyrms in every area right?the trick is to equip you character you want to level with golden amulet(x2 exp)best weapon and armor..then cast all support magic and berserk on the character and keep him...after that go to the area where there is a wyrm then hide your present leader and let the character with support fight the wyrm solo...after deafeting the wyrm youll get 11-15 k exp but with the amulet youll get double

tahts not possible, ps2 have a built in mini fan that cools down the system, also, steel melts at like 7000 degrees C, plastic at 300 degrees C. THERE IS NO WAY A SIMPLE PS2 CAN GET THAT HOT, MINE GOES TO ABOUT 30 DEGREES C and stops warming up.

u get about 340,000 points for a 999 chain, which im assuming takes a few hours. in the top levels of the great crystal, you can fight about 30 "forbidden"s in about 10 minutes and they give 2000 exp each. it works just slightly better (sarcasm)

The key is to do this glitch at your friend's house when he falls asleep on his PS2, then you don't have to worry about yours catching on fire.

But unfortunately my ps2 died last night before I could even get passed the first part of the game where you learn how to play. My friend told me that it's not reading the disc and thats the reason it won't play any games. Now I got to wait 2wks for Sony to send me a new one :)
