The lyrics are abstract, & often artists intend to do so, they want each one to relate to the words as one sees fit.

MGMT (Oracular Spectacular) does it often, I love their album, but I personally prefer to at least know what the artist means, even though it allows for several interpretation(s), e.g., Jay-Z's, "I Know" (American Gangster).

So I think it's really open to interpretation. I could tell you mine, but I just bought the song today, so I may change it l8r.

If all 3 are singing then the girl's voice is definitely the main voice you are hearing, but I think he's just moving his lips for the video because this group is french so if you hear him singing he would have a heavy french accent.
