I'm 6'3" and about 130kg ( yes big boy ) and my Fireblade doesn't even know that I'm on her when I'm riding. Driving like this will keep you on the bike and not the road
@razorbackblood06 we live in a country that you dont have enough money to buy and upgrade many times, thats why we get the best in our first time. 1 life is just not enough here :D
@mihou2 So get a 600cc.. I've owned both a 600 and a 1000cc bike, unless you race you aren't really going to see a difference. By starting out on a 1000cc bike, you will never be able to master it. Its just pointlessly silly to start out on a 1000cc bike.
My first bike was the 2007 cbr 1000rr, I'm still alive... But yes be careful. Oh and don't use ur front break around gravel u'll eat shit. Good idea on the frame sliders.
On R1 is fuckin hard learn something and it take more time. My friend spend 2 years riding on honda cbf 500 and then R1... and still have a big problems with this nike. But you have balls:)
My roommate did a similar thing when he started riding. He'd never been on two wheels in his life and the first bike he got (before he got his license) was a Ninja 600 :)...nutcase. He learned quickly though and only had some minor crashes.
Riding around that is going to do nothing but make it harder. You need to get it out , and go through the gears. Pump the throttle, don't hold it down, and when stopping, use your front and back brakes. not just one or the other. Be safe, and always wear at least a helmet helmet.
are you still alive?

Your first bike was a bike with 175BHP? If you are still alive now you are very lucky.

What the hell are you doing on a 1000cc supersport with no prior experience on a bike? No one should start on a bike that heavy and powerful.

@razorbackblood06 Stupid to start out on a 600cc also.
One mistake with the throttle and your gonna end up in a world of hurt (as I know all to well).

@motoman5100 Most bikes only have one daytime running headlight, the other is a high beam.

That is crazy, you don't know what you are doing and own a Fireblade!?, get some gear and a smaller bike.

hint on keeping your clutch, dont rev up while holding it in. and dont just hold it down while your coasting, switch it into neautral.
