wow yo for your age you actually KNOW what your doing...cool video....by the way can u list all the wires and accessories i need to connect and use the keyboard with the mac? thanks!
do you know how can i change the midi channel of one track?
my situation is: i wanna create, for example, 16 tracks, each one with a diferent instrument and diferent midi channel, and then switch the midi channel by my controler to play in live.
Good tutorial but you should have mentioned that you have to connect the MIDI IN connector into the MIDI OUT port on the keyboard, and vice versa. People often get confused about this. You can have also mentioned that newer keyboard often have USB MIDI ports.
now i know why my piano doesnt work on garageband because it does not have MIDI

You actually put the midi in in the midi out on your key board and vise versa.

Can you record and play itunes at the same time ?
Nerosink2000 2 years ago
@Nerosink2000 I think so, try it.

You can also just click and drag a song from iTunes library straight into garageband so you can play along.
