His dad has never had anything to do with him and I count it as a blessing! Any man who doesn't have anything to do with their own offspring isn't worthy to be in their children's life. When i heard this song it brought true forgiveness in my heart to my parents. It touched me and i began to weep and truly forgive. That song helped me relize so much. I don't know my earthly father. But after Winterfest in 07 i started learning about my heavenly father. And then this year when Eddie James sang this song. I was so touched. That was an awesome experiance i will never forget.

I was at this winterfest. I grew up in a family where I have a Godly father and mother but for some reason this song just really ministered to me. This song is soo true for so many people, This generation needs to know That God really does look at us as His son and His daughter and He is so proud of that.
