  • This wasn't the first time Reggie Bush was caught cheating

Still remember the controversy about him pushing Leinart in LOL

  • Dammit. Penn state should've won. I think I remember that. Lol hey it was on my Birthday. xD

  • I just realized most of these teams don't have the same coaches anymore...

  • my dad was at the notre dame game and i was at the penn state game. we are nd and psu fans... worst 10 minutes ever.

  • reggie push is pure bull shit

  • This was the greatest day in college football, overall, in my opinion.

  • Yes it was, me and my friends caught most of the finishes on tv that day. The best part one of my friends always wanted to drink beer and watch football with me, we told her to come hang out on this day, and then me and my friend are explaining the notre dame usc game that is such a rarity of how great this game was.

  • you'll be waiting for a long time. Irish suck

  • i cannot wait for the day ND beats usc again and get redemption for the "Bush Push"

  • The Badgers RULE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • last time i checked wasn't it illegal for an offensive player to push the ball carrier to advance the ball?

  • Penn State is a joke. they seem pretty good this year, but they seem to be good once every 5 or 6 years and this must be their year. i love PSU fans talking trash and making excuses for losing, blaming the refs... LOL. you know, we lost to MSU because of a bad call a few years ago and how did we follow it up? WE HAVENT LOST TO THEM SINCE!!! so shut your mouth penn state fans, try getting to a BCS bowl once in a while.

  • im not a penn state fan or michigan fan but i remember that game and michigan should not have gotten that 2 seconds put back on the clock or w/e

  • GO BADGERS!! What a great game.

  • this is part of a bigger highlight video made by ABC that I can't seem to find on youtube anymore, does anyone know the name of it?

  • and ur retarted if you think that psu would put up 45 on michigan, psu can't put 45 up on anyone in a major bcs conference in the ncaa. and i have no idea what your talking about when you say "one of psu's famous last minute winning drives" i cant remember them putting a big drive together to beat a big opponent

  • PSU in 1994 beat Illinois on a last minute drive. Penn State has always been a 4th quarter team. And if that's true, what about the 1994 63-14 smashing of Ohio State and the 63-10 blowout over Illinois. The reason Penn State doesn't score 45 usually is not because they can't, but because Paterno puts the brakes on if they're up too much by halftime. But I revised my prediction. Penn State routs Michigan, but not a pure blowout, and PSU goes to the Capital One Bowl in 2008.

  • Wow. Did Henne really just complete a pass?

  • i know i was shocked

  • Sucky day... Penn State lost :-(

  • Michigan coach was being a baby and asked for 2 seconds back on the clock at 31 secs back so it was put at 33 secs to go, and just when you though the game would be over and PSU would win Henne spikes it with 2 seconds 2 COUNT THEM 2!!! The game was supposed to be over so gay...

  • You're pretty much right, but it was 28 seconds left, and it was made 30. I remember being confident that Penn State was going to pull off another one of its famous last minute victories until Henne was snapped the ball at 1 second and threw it with no time left on the clock to "win" the game. Also don't forget Jason Avant's out of bound catch ruled inbounds that was critical for Michigan's "win". At least we can finally get revenge in Beaver Stadium in 2008, I think PSU will beat Michigan 45-0.

  • wow this was a great week in college football

  • great day. john l smith was pissed at ohio state

  • This was the best day of my life! I went to my first Osu game and we beat Msu and its the first time I ever cheered for a UM touchdown! but if ND couldve won it woulda been better!

  • Amazing play by Strickland at :56 ill never forget that game, gonna go down in UW history!

  • Just saw the preview to "Perfect Effort" about De La Salle's 12 year winning streak. It looks like a pretty inspirational movie. Search for it on youtube or it's website perfecteffort (dot) com

  • That Michigan game... was the first time of many in which the announcer does his funny "touchdown, Mario Manningham!" yell. Last year I heard it all the time. Great day for college football

  • 1:10-1:34!!!!!

  • God, I remember my friend decided to pick this day to watch a ton of college football games and drink a ton of beer. We lucked out!

  • They didn't even include the best game of the day.

  • My bitch of a mother in law got married that day and her family was mad at me that I spent the wedding listening to my head phones in the back of the church and then made the 2 hour trip home. What the hell is my wife's family's problem it freakin football season get married in June like normal people you %&*T%%!

  • Thats What Im talkin about

  • they didnt forget the best game psu michigan is there go blue

  • The Wisconsin game was sweeeeeeeeeeeeet!

  • U got as lucky as hell

  • You pretty much forgot the best game of the day...

  • Someday karma will catch up to Reggie Bush and Matt Leinart.

IRISHSOX, GET OVER IT. ANOTHER IRISH LOSS IS COMING.

  • I think all of the planets aligned for that one day... it was an incredible day of football especially the USC ND game

  • Nothing from WV/Louisville? That was another incredible game from the same day.

Btw, the Penn State/Michigan game was one of the most heartbreaking I've ever seen (as a Penn State fan).

  • i agree about penn state

it took the national championship away from us and the way it happened with them adding one second on the clock and then losing with one second left was just heartbreaking.

  • u wouldn't have went to a national title. joe pa got time put back on the clock in the game as well.

  • All Michigan fans talk about that, but I've never seen physical evidence of it, and I remember the game clearly, JoePa did NOT have time added onto the clock. I watched the whole game and remember it like yesterday. But you're right on one thing, we'd have probably been screwed out of a national championship anyway like in 1994, but I still think we could have beaten USC. We beat an underrated Florida State team without a lot of our best guys.

  • you can't get screwed when your not any good. joe pa did get time put back on the clock. i was at the game and sober for the entire game. michigan>penn state b.c psu hasn't beatin mich in over a decade

  • It's a pretty bold statement to say that Penn State sucked in 2005. Penn State finished among Texas and USC at #3, so I'd hardly call that sucking. The only reason Penn State lost was because of the extra time on the clock. I still have yet to see physical evidence of JoePa adding time to the clock. But I have seen with my own two eyes Jason Avant's out of bounds catch, Lloyd Carr adding time, and Michigan winning after the game should have been over.

  • and i too have seen with my own eyes penn state losing to Michigan 9 consecutive games. Come talk when you make some noise in the big ten, until just keep your mouths shut and know your place.

  • Big talk coming from a fan of a team who just went 9-4, after 7-5 two years before. I still maintain two of those nine times were all bad calls. Your best game against us was in 1998 when you completely shut us down 27-0.

We won the Big 10 in 2005 and finished #3 in the nation after Texas and overrated USC, and we finished ranked in 2006 and 2007. Penn State is no longer the team they were from 2000-2004. Get with the program. I bet in 2008 Penn State wins 35-14.

  • only 2 big ten titles from PSU? Michigan has 42! granted, you were only in the big ten since 93? but the 80's-90's were glory years of psu football. you should have more than 2 titles. And the best win michigan has had over psu was in 96-97 when both teams were undefeated and michigan romped 34-8 at penn state and later won the national title that season.

  • Actually, the late 60s, 70s, and 80s were Penn State's glory years. Richard Nixon actually robbed an undefeated Penn State team in 1969 by declaring Texas national championships.

Actually that was 1997. We beat you 29-17 in 1996. In 1997 Michigan was good enough to beat anybody. The 1997 team is one of the best Michigan teams of all time, with the 1901"point-a-minute" team being the best.

  • That was a big day in college football.

I had the pleasure of attending that Michigan/Penn State game.

  • Someday karma will catch up to Reggie Bush and Matt Leinart.

  • classic... the Bush Push
