@dm1371 did you watch the video atall? :/ it doesnt "install" it simply wraps around the door and it hangs on the back and pushes against the front.i know its kinda hard to imagine but if you get it youll be amazed!

How do you install this on the door? how does it stay there?

@iprojim it doesnt damage the door frame at all but it might leave a mark about an inch above the door frame on the wall

@iprojim yeah the weight is distributed throughout the door frame,thats why iy can take up to 100 kg.

@will00117 exactly 100kg? well it all depends on what make you get,how good you set it up etc. if you do that then it should hold you.although it might not last as long and be careful! it could come down and you might really hurt yourself so always take care.its unlikely though.

how can you put it down so easy how does it not fall when you do the pull ups?

Yeah you look about 12 lol and i was shocked. I was like whaaa?? 12 yr old doing work outs? But good to see you keeping fit so young. You will be a beast when you are 70. Keep up the fitness dude.

When the video started I admit I facepalmed a little when I saw how young you were, especially using the power bar, but after watching the whole clip I was really impressed mate, looks like you've convinced a few people to purchase one too!
