Goddam this is a good save I've made a save but it it has all developer spells and shouts even the ones that freeze ur Xbox I just dont know how to get the keys and shout times down my save was custom made it was all the thing I wanted to start off with like a skeleton key haha but this is a cool save

I said: despite unlocking all shouts at helgen, meaning I did use all the dragon sould I could use, with the correct shouts, I didn't do it with NPC shouts because that would crashed the game.

Any idea why the cool-down time for shouts is the normal time despite unlocking all shouts at helgen? besides some stats seem to plummet after absorving the first dragon soul, for example I had a legendary iron dagger, with around 700 attack, after absorving the first sould it went down to 111.

Oh one more thing, after absorving the first dragon soul the cool down time for all shouts goes back to normal. As I said before it doesn't matter if you unlock every single shout at helgen, again I'm talking about the Imperial character.

It seems like after you absorve the first dragon soul, your dragon soul count plummets to zero, even if you unlock all the shouts at Helgen. That's not such a big deal, but apparently other stats plummet too. For example I had a legendary iron dagger with 777 attack (or something like it). After I absorved the sould of a dragon, the stats plummeted to 111. Those are the noticeable changes I found in the Imperial character save. Thumbs up so others can be aware of this.

@nick48young It's because, like his other save, they are actually level 1, but with a ridiculously high starting point.(So instead of reinforcing a leather helmet to like 12 or so, it will be like 30k or higher...Sorry for not knowing actual numbers)
