My phone runs out of battery practically in 12 hours. I use Rogers in Canada. The screen locks unreasonably many times so I was wondering if I can do anything or I have to send it back. I use just one SimCard on the lower slot which means second SimCard.

The charger has a slot on it for the second battery so I was also wondering if when I connect the mobile to the charger, should I put the second battery on the charger as well which turns the light from green to red? Thanks

I've just bought one off ebay. Tried it with several SIM card, various providers..... works as phone, recieves calls and you can make a call. You can send and SMS but it will NOT receive SMS. The phone has managed to fluke it a couple of times and received the text message as normal but the next time it will not. Don't know if it's a software glitch or just not compatiable with Australian providers. when it should receive SMS it displays a little G1 box for a second, but doesn't get sms

Quick update... Piratebay has 100's of java games for this phone. Search for java mobile games. Install on memory card. Also, the EBook does work, use txt files though ok, same again, install to memory card

@DeviantCreations No, you can downloads games etc but not additional apps. It is NOT 3G, it works only in 2G mode. If your have the newest version i9+++3G, than it includes iPhone Outlook 3G and will accept an AT&T 3G Sim Card, however it only workls in the 2G mode through your provider.

No, you just won't have internet. If it will take the Sim card then it will do everything a phone without a data plan will do. If you want IM or to use internet service you would need a data plan. I just talked to them today about this so I wouldn't end up with a phone I couldn't use. Hope this helps.
