@cdunham93 i'd argue that none of it matters. the odds are it didn't happen in the generation of most people who chirp anyways lol. the sens have never beat the leafs in a playoff series, and it's happened not so long ago that it could still be a relevant chirp lol. all in all, toronto and vancouver have the brightest futures looking down the road - but until a canadian team wins the cup, nobody can really chirp without being ignorant

@MajicPictures LOL the leafs aren't developing, they just keep getting worse, and every season, EVERY leafs fan says 'next year we will be amazing' and you continue to miss the playoffs for the 6th year in a row... and i find it much more interesting watching my team compete for the stanley cup this season, and still have a higher draft pick than the leafs... i honestly don't see why all the Leafs players don't join the PGA tour, you would think they would be awesome at golf by now...

@cdunham93 john ferguson ran the team into the ground, and it's taken ages to start turning it around. one of the hottest teams in the nhl since getting rid of their garbage and getting phaneuf. the leafs are in talks for edmonton's first rounder and/or jordan eberle/andrew cogliano. they have one of the brightest young goalies in the nhl. nazem kadri coming up. and a ton of cap space this summer to fill the centre role. shows what you actually know about the situation in toronto

@cdunham93 nah, what my point is..the leafs are FINALLY very close if not there since mid-season this year. ottawa is all over the place, and only thanks to good coaching (and a little flukey streak by elliot) are they in a half decent position. the habs, well do i really have to comment? look at the dollars they've tied up in 3 guys. they essentially pulled a ferguson right there. in any case, both of those teams are getting rocked this post-season

Ya but you have to remember things about the leafs and sens. Sens were a younger cheaper team in this series, and outshot the leafs 35+ to 17 in 3 out of 7 games, the leafs won all 3, not because of another star goalie bailing them out, but because lalime sucked in all those games. He blew it long before game 7 for the sens. Leaf fans seem to forget how much better the sens were than them in the series.Ott won a conf trophy, leafs havent for 40years +when they lost star goalies no playoffs since
