I shun the people who say Salt Lake City is boring. Not only is it far from that especially since the 2002 Winter Olympics, I can also walk around the streets without getting mugged.

@Tmanstext mormons aren't actually that strict and uptight. I'd know, I live in utah and I'm a mormon. Oh, and there are non-mormons in utah that where those, too, you know. But I don't wear that stuff. lol, plus, honestly, i'm only 11!

@divine6699 have you ever heard of an economics growing with the growth of the City? I am sure you are a master at Sims City where you have 999,999$ and can build anything, right? A subway in SLC? not enough people live here to support that, like NYC and Chicago. "artsy" buildings are going up just like anywhere else, this isnt Abu Dhabi for hell sakes... It may be slow paced, but its just like anywhere else. Why would any City want to build for empty occupancy.
@divine6699 Where else can you go to ski 9 ski resorts in under 45 minutes, or a 3 hour drive to Arches National Park/Moab area, or what about the 40 minute drive east to the extreme Unitas Mountains, did I forget the several hundred lakes to fish and swim? Who cares about an artsy building, You would rather look at a building than go do something?
