This and the Argentina gig from the same tour (2005) were both professionally filmed, and I've been told they saw limited release in dvd format. I got this one on a copied dvd just after finishing high school, but these days I believe it's widely available for download. The original dvd may have never seen UK/US release but it might turn up on Amazon or eBay.
@ethericloopz That's what happens when they play in South America... they fucking love us! Two nights ago, in Argentina, they played over 35 songs, during 3 hours, playing EVERY SINGLE ONE of the greatest hits, and including some covers such as Mother, Last Kiss, I Believe in Miracles, Rockin' In The Free World and the intro of Little Wing... it was the best night of my fucking life!
@0xUntitledx0 That "something" is the growly raspiness that amplified the emotion in his voice when he sang. He's still a magnificent vocalist but not the same as he was in his youth
first your favorite band at the end of the earth playing awesomely
second it was the fucking hottest day in the world and mudhoney opened for them, but when pearl jam comes out all of a sudden it´s starts a very light rain shower (sort of just lots of moist in the air) and everybody was refreshed like crazy.
waited 15 years for them to come down and now it´s only been 10 and they´re coming back in sept can´t wait already desperate for tickets

@LobotomyMadeEasy jesus christ man... even if he played in 10 bands... he is incredible in soundgarden... in pearl jam his nothing but a boring drummer. no grooving, no feeling, no soul, only straight playing. love this song! definetly one of my PJ faves. this, elderly woman, yellow ledbetter, and one of their new ones, Just breathe, are my favorites, but especially this one! :)
Awesome as usual...This is the Grungiest Song of PJ...It's all there: The de-accelerated punk rock rythim riffs, the break at the middle of the song, Hard-Rock Solo and the Eddie Vedder soloistic baritone voice always playing with the sound. "complicated" punk meets easier hard-rock. I heard this guys since the ninetees 'i'm with the age of Jesus Christ now, and i just can't stop to ear them, and Soudgarden and Alice in Chains. LONG LIVE GUNGE!!!
