I worked at the ski school at this place last year. As a form of time out punishment they placed 3-4 year old children in an old office about the size of a closet and stuck them under a desk and turned the lights off and shut the door . I walked into the office 1 day to find a 3 year old in the dark crying his eyes out. When I reported this I was told it was the new form of time out that they decided at a team meeting I missed.
