I was afraid of using CDs as targets because I wasn't sure if they decay over time. The last time I used a CD as a target there were little pieces of it left all over the place! What do you do after shooting a CD? clean it up or just leave it there.

Actually a 9.6v is perfectly fine. A 9.6v will put you just a little over 1,000 RPM which is still healthy for an AEG. It is when you much past 1200 RPM that things start to wear out.

hey this doesent really relate to this vid (even tho its awsome) but i got a airsoft gun (not this 1) and i went to charge the battery and it worked fine. i couldent wait to shoot it so after about 30 min. i unplugged it and shot. it was working fine but it didnt have enough juice so i connected it to the charger again. a red light turned on the first time i plugged it in but now it wont come on even when i plug it in the outlet..can u tell me whats wrong? PLZ reply..btw nice vid ;)

If it is a trickle charger the little red light on it turns on to show the charger is connected to the battery. If it is not coming on you might have a loose connection or the charger is bad. With everything connected try wiggling the connector between the battery and the charger. If the light comes on youll probably need to pinch the hollow metal tubes in the charger connector to make them fit tighter around the metal pins in the batteries connector.

Will someone help me!!?! I just bought the Echo1 mod4 today and I was fooling around with the battery. All of the sudden the Delta Ring just slid out and then there was a spring exposed. How do I fix this? I was just thinking I could super glue the spring or something... please reply.

If youll look in the delta ring youll see two cut outs. Those are so the ring can fit overtop of the tabs sticking out from the barrel nut (the round part at the base of the barrel). Push the delta ring down compressing the spring and slide the ring overtop of the barrel nut. Once the taps are through the cut outs in the delta ring rotate the ring 90 degrees to lock it in place.

This ECHO 1 MOD4 CQB is a far better gun than the PDW. It's a newer model with a much more powerful motor.

I just bought this gun from u guys and it looks great, and for only $160 in "Insider Specials". Haven't used it in a battle yet, but i did notice that the rear sling mount is on the right side of the gun instead of on the left, is there a way i can reverse it???

Batteries perform at their best in the 60F-80F range. Both extreme cold and heat can affect the batterys performance.

I have the UTG M4commando, i cleaned my gn reguarly with the cleaning rod but i used a piece of paper towel. when puttingthe rod in thje gun everything went fine. when i tried to take it out the whole top part of the cleaning rod came off and it will not come out of the barrel. i have tried shooting and pushing it with the rod more but it is not coming out. im not sure what i should do. i do not know how to take it apart and im afraid i might break something so please give me some advice.thanks

Same thing happened with my utg mp5 ( guess utg makes shitty cleaning rods) but what i did was use a clothes hanger to scrape out the paper towel then it shot right out. Good luck I know how frustrating this can be

On the whole ECHO 1 has better M4's as far as performance goes. Being full metal the UTG's have better bodies but didn't have very good motors. However the new Gen 2 UTG M4's have been improved so much that they perform on the same level as well as having metal bodies.

I got thia gun a while ago and I have to say it kicks ass! Way better than most other Echo 1s thats out of the box of course. This is a CQB model so what it has in RPM it lacks in Range and accuracy so a normal M4A1 with an upgraded motor is better but give this thing an inner bore and your good also the best thing you can do for this gun is a crane stock youll get rid of the PEQ box and kick some ass with a large type battery

i have a high torque motor from a previous gun would this improve it or is the long type better?

Long type is just the style of motor. There are short, medium and long type motors for different guns. For example M4's use long type motors where as an AK-47 uses a short type.

The motor that this rifle comes with is pretty nice so it just depends on how good your other motor is whether or not it will improve its performance or not.

Actually, thats being powered by an 8.4v. These new model ECHO 1 M4s have the updated motor which produces 950 RPM with a 8.4v. A 9.6v will put you well over 1,000 RPM and a 10.8v would crank out close to 1,200 RPM. I dont suggest trying a 10.8v unless you know how to change out a piston because you run a high risk of stripping it at that speed.

yea i got this gun the other day and put a $40 NC Star red dot scope and it is fucking sick! its literally the bees knees. and it comes with a pretty nice 8.4v mini battery thats pretty damn nice.

Yes, it is pretty small. With the stock fully collapsed it is about 1.5 inches shorter than an MP5-A4.
