Well all games are heading towards this level of detail and realism. Personal computers are getting to the point where they are powerful enough to push this realtime. Pre-rendered stuff always looks great.
@GolddiggerGames When I was looking into getting a liscence for gamebryo a year ago, they wanted $80,000... needless to say, I'm not putting that much into pet projects.
