Before getting the natures peace, I used the lawbringer runeword in a sceptre - easy to make but no enhanced damage. However, the 'slain monsters RIP' mod helps. Good luck !

I have a lvl 89 simter with Shako(UM)(d:140),Seraph Amulet,Heavens Might(Shael,Shael),Shaftstop(d:1344),HoZ(538)(194 ed),Draculs Gasp,2 ravens,verdungo(31/10) and Gore Riders and I can kill all of the ubers in 5-7 minutes :D so you dont have to have the best items to beat them, its just skill PS and on swich I have CTA(4/1/3) with a spirit paladin shield
Grief doesn't cast life tap. Most smiters use Dracul's grasp unique gloves. Based on how fast he killed them I'm guessing he uses grief. The +damage on grief adds directly on to the smite damage which is a HUGE adder. Also, you can't have both grief and last wish unless they are on weapon switch (which would be idiotic)
I am not rich. So just used Guillaumes, Gore riders, Black rune word, and a life tap wand. I know it's nothing compared to your setup, and it took a while. However, I was able to complete it with the life tap wand.
Yes there are other ways to do tristram solo other than paladin. In fact, the next best thing would be a barbarian. Concentrate, Shout, Iron Skin, and Sword Mastery should be focused most. Make sure it is a phase blade made out of breath of the dying or last wish for fast ass attacking and need high ass attack rating so dex charms would be needed.
why dex charms? i would take 36 AR SCS or 132 AR GCS and PS. dont say IK babas cant do uber trist whit my IK baba i make it easily i got 8k life 14k def dmg 5,2k and AR 9k
