Wow Malaysia is a beautiful place to practice the art of movement. im a young traceur in Australia but i have Passion and Dedication 4 Parkour and in the nxt 2 years ill get 2 Malaysia and Freerun there. i hope i can get other Traceur support.

@MetalMadnezz1 a lot of it is technique... other than that stretch legs and jump a lot. as with most things, the more you do it, the better you get.

@MetalMadnezz1 it's like alot of other things in pk, in that there is a "guideline" that works for the average bloke (fall onto the upper back, diagonally across the spine to minimize contact, and land on your butt to not hit the hip,) but if you have something different about your physique (taller, shorter, bonier, rounder,) you will have to adjust to see what works. Basically, you will feel impact, but you should never feel pain, and the ability to tell the difference makes or breaks a roll.
