  • This sound is back, Vaz was hammerhead afterwards and they put out a few records, but the Am Rep sound has come back in a huge way the last 5 years or so.

  • god they were so freaking good. I mean, their first album was awesome but when Vortex came out, they just upped their game by several orders of magnitude. their concerts at the Euc in Cleveland were among the best musical events I've witnessed.. luckily they played there a LOT. VORTEX is definately one of the great albums of the 90's.

  • Within these videos and "Into the Vortex" there's a strong case for Hammerhead being the greatest band of all time.

  • Lead vocalist of Hammerhead is currently in a band called Heroine Sheiks with the lead singer of The Cows.
