  • Alright there! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some great things about it and my cooworker got ripped Six pack abs and lost a lot of belly fat with it.

  • u need to keep your blood sugar levels in check though, theres a tester for $5 u can get tests it in 5mins, just ensure it stays even, if u go low then your liver is working 2 hard to replace it which aint good, high and u will damage your organs... people need understand basics of working out, hey some people workout hella alot and look dang terrible and this is probably why^^. This advice is for non diabetics. Like myself. Diabetics how they cope with working out who knows.

  • o ye i forget name but i can run around all day long just off a piece of bread, which ain no good all im doing is burning that piece of bread and not beneficial atall. once u break the carb barrier is when u get results... carbs arent nutrition just energy

  • dangg u got some energy cuzzz.. i used 2 have crazy energy n have workout like all day 2 get a buzz... now i cut my carbs to almost 0 and protein all day, its a much better diet. 2 all u energetic skinny boiz out there stop eatin so many carbs and get some raw meat in ya. well not raw but not overcooked

  • @temickab go harrrrrrrrrrrd. and refuel properly cuz if u eat a burger after or even too much bread that fat just gose back in the bank, probably should go to a doctor and get referred to find out how your body is working and whats best

  • @123coxy123 I'm sure all we don't all have to go to a doctor. We just need 3 general explanations, one per body type: normal body, fat body, skinny body. And with that, we should be able to figure it out.

  • I have a question, after viewing this I googled Blackburn trainers and noticed that the stand at the back of your bike showed up but not the stand at the front of your bike. What is the stand at the front of your bike and is it needed to use in conjunction with the blackburn trainer? I'd like to know before I go out and buy one.   • @Genevieve1126 lol...yes I am glad you noticed that detail...I hate click to view a clip and there is only 30 seconds of workout and 4 minutes of chit chat...I learned the hard/funny way early on about this...my very first clips I use to talk...but then someone posted "shut up and work out man!" ...that said it all...lol~ahmad

  • I just started spinning! It is so HARD!!!!  I could only do like 2 minutes at first. I've worked my way up to 10 (have asthma so can't go for to long right now). Hopefully I will be at 15-30 minutes in a few weeks!! I've already lost 10 pounds and I need to lose 7 more. I'm too excited. I just finished doing my weights.

  • @BrownFaceTV mix up the spin with regular compound exercise movements to speed up the fat loss...you will be so amazed...use some of the moves from this clip before you go to the spin class...ok?~ahmad

  • this is probably a stupid question but, what is it that you have under your bike to make it stay in place?

  • @jesserivera018 never a stupid question...that device is called a "blackburn trainer"..it offers a slight resistance as you spin faster...it is great...it increases and decrease the resistance as if you are going up and down hills. It is worth it if you have a bike and want a quick workout without having to go to gym or outdoors...~ahmad

  • dude your vids are really inspirational, I been heading to the gym since January and I have started seeing some good results at first I was toning my muscles now I am just lifting heavy and gaining mass. Well good tips on all the vids I thought I would just commend you for a good job bro keep it up, there are people going hard out there too, no pain no gain.

  • hi ahmad I have been doing your workouts and have lost a lot of weight I am at 176 but I have a minor problem that I still have a little fat or say baby fat what can I do to correct that it is mostly on my chest lower belly and in the bottom of the arm what can i do increase the intensity or do interval training please help me on this little problem

  • @dcottp2007 I think your solution IF you are doing all of the workouts...is to just clean up your eating...that little extra you are holding on to is fat...or energy...stored. So you need to place your body for 7-10 days onto a schedule where you are not storing fuel/energy, but using it to build and repair. So watch the lesson 3 and 4 clips ok?~ahmad

  • @makingthebest09 When I was at 245 I ate healthy and changed my eating habits I used to love coke and pepsi but it is ironic that now I am allergic to coke and pepsi the syrup but I drank a lot of water and ate salads now how would I change my diet do I add or remove things that I am eating or do the same

  • Where did you get those "gadgets" on the front and back wheels of your bike to keep it stationary while spinning?

  • @WiseLady7 any sports store carries them. they're usually called bike trainers or something similar. i actually bought mine on ebay a few weeks ago.

  • @makingthebest09 Training going well. Week 1 of P90X almost finished. Using TRX bands for pull ups & chin ups. Thanks for turning me onto them. Would love to see move of your videos using them. Your female hospital fans are fine, but still bringing in unhealthy foods to go with watching your videos :) The male docs are still hatin' on you, too, Lol!!

  • Nice when spinning @ the gym what should I set it to cardio,fat burn,or manual.I switch it up from time to time.I do change up my speed.I also do this on the treadmill as well as changing the incline.
