@0legacyking0 I would say if you can, definitely play the first. While the story seems to carry into AC you are missing a truly unique gaming experience in Arkham Asylum. If you don't have the money or want to go out and buy AA while AC is so close to release then just look up gameplay videos and watch the story. But Arkham Asylum is definitely the second best game I've ever played.
