as all my kids have been such fussy eaters at one time or another i do have a few tricks up my sleeve! just thought i'd share this one. it is a very nice cake. and ALL those bananas! glad you enjoyed it. :)
it was quite funny trying to photograph the process while g was serving up sunday lunch. lol! it's one of the easiest cakes to make. just as well really as it really doesn't last long...
