Hello there. Good video. I wonder if you can help me - I am trying to calculate the NPV of a perpetuity that doubles every 25 years. So in my example the annuity is $100, but in the year x+20 the annuity will double to become $200. I know how to calculate the npv if the annuity doesn't change - 1 / K * £annuity, but not sure how to take account of the doubling ad infinitum...
