Junk i don't want to break down your cooking, it's great but the crêpes are bad. They are undercooked and the batter is to liquid, you must use a wee bit more flour.

Oh man they are so small :D In Poland we make them 9-10 inches big and fill them with cottage cheese + lots of normal sugar and some vanilla sugar. I realy recomend you trying this out.
