Also, the flash video you just watched, is potentially far more dangerous than a "random link". It tracks all the websites you have been to and gives tons of infos about you to Google. If you're that paranoid, I strongly suggest you do not use a computer at all. If anything goes wrong, delete the C:/Windows/System32 folder on your computer. It fixes most probs.

@wm24361 I honestly don't care, My information is out on the internet, so I have the same stakes as everyone else. I think it's a good albeit harsh lesson for internet security for both security firms and corporations but could also make people (especially the generally public, who arn't too savvy when it comes to protecting their information on the internet) more aware of what risks they take by uploading their personal information to the internet.

I understand that obtaining personal information should be illegal if its on someone elses property. Though I really think hacking laws should be lightened. It is like having a safe with a billion dollars in it in the middle of the street and saying if you can open this its yours. Of course everyone is going to want to try to open it. All our information is public. Though I do agree there is a point at which someone may go too far. Robbing from the rich is fine, though robbing from poor is a no.
