its pop-punk thats the official genre for them, although alot of people dislike the 'pop' part associated with them, as alot of awful bands are under the same genre i.e simple plan, mcfly etc. So many people have their own name for their genre such as college punk, punk rock and what not. Blink are unique, so name em whatever you want. Though it should be noted you could also find alot of good bands if you searched pop punk such as pennywise, ladwagon, mxpx etc. hope that helps :)
