See, now THIS is a perfect example of why Mariah has some of the most loyal fans in the business. As a teenager during this period, seeing this unknown just burst onto the scene with such an outstanding voice and presence, it solidified a relationship that has never died.

I realize her voice is not the same as it was back then, but she gave so many of us so many thrills for so many years, that we just have to stick around and support her. She's golden, and this is a textbook example.

She had three #1 singles from there...One Sweet Day? Fantasy? Always be my baby? Those are classics. And then, like in '98 she came out with My All..that's another #1. Her peak was in 1996-97. You could probably say that you liked her best from 90-93 but her peak was definitely in 1996-97.
