That vagrant might have actually been caused by my death in the Tomb of Giants. I had about 32 humanity and 100,000 souls that I lost forever. It does look powerful.

@Dardzzz93 yes you have to be human, there are certain places you can see them but you have to be human.

@DeathDarkness5000 they appear from a heavy item loss. if smeone were to lose a lot of souls/humanity or items then then spot where the stuff was last is where the crab will spawn in someone elses world. so if youwere playing offline you would never see them

i just saw one of these in the church where you get your first fire keeper soul. i was like..wtf is that?!?. i wanted to use my capture card but you cant disconnect the cable without the console restarting so i said fk it and killed it.

I SAW ONE OF THOSE a friend of mine summoned me and he couldnt see it and it kept attacking me nd me only and hwne it attacked him he took no damage and i was like WTF?!?!

I've seen 3 of these so far. Two dropped twin humanity and one dropped a humanity.

@EatLavaFartFire possible that he could have beaten a ton of invaders and farmed humanity off that...beating a guy that has 38 humanity on him and then another guy that has 20 and so on so forth, very plausible

@enoching7 No matter how much Humanity your target or invader has you will allways only gain 1 humanity from killing him. The only thing you truely absorb are souls.

@EatLavaFartFire why would someone glitch humanity, ive been at 99 for a few days now, i got to 99 in 5 days and only took me around 20 or 30 invasions to go from 0 to 99. i was using darkhand on the host, got alot of humanity from players that way.

@Boofelcake I think that's ring of sacrifice he has on so not so much, if he dies all he loses is that ring.

@doomed89 He's equipped with a Havel's ring and a ring of favour and protection obviously to balance out that equip weight. The rung of sacrifice gives you a little icon resembling humanity below the HP/Stamina bar.

i've been playing dark souls for a 2 weeks and i haven't fought/see any Vagrant.

I heard those Vagrants spawn if someone else drops some gear in their world.

I started dropping my left-over armor and weapons randomly, and I hope they don't just disappear, but make someone happy.

Those things drop crafting materials. A friend of mine got a titanite slab from one he says.

whoa..just met this creature today,,but without the crab hand,according to dark souls wiki,the creature i met was the good form,and after i killed it it droped 1 humanity,.they call it VAGRANTS,.
