  • I have never left a comment for a video till now. This method worked for me. Thank you so much and My wife thanks you even more knowing she doesn't have to deal with a Cranky bear without his coffee

  • Genius! Like you, I live in an area with hard water. Trying to be good about maintenance, I cleaned my Keurig with vinegar ahead of schedule. Immediately afterwards, while flushing the vinegar out of my machine, it stopped drawing water. I tried several fixes - even took the thing apart, but your simple suggestion did the trick. Thank you!

  • @gregbarnett58 My experience was the same. It seems that when you run vinegar through it, you actually loosen alot of scale which ends up clogging the machine worse than what it was before. I have had mine for almost two years now and I have always proactively de-scaled it and the descale light has always come on AFTER I ran vingegar through it,

  • @DanS24106 Eac time I have had problems, it seemed a different technique fixed it. I am about to try your solution with running pressurized water through it

  • YOU ARE THE MAN!!! THANKS ALOT!!! WATCHED MANY VIDEOS AND YOU TRICK WAS THE WINNER!! VERY HELPFUL!! IM NOW A SUBSCRIBER!!!

  • Had mine for about 7 months and it stared not filling right today. Tried your method and it now works perfect again. Thanks for taking the time to share this repair.

  • Your the Man! Was going to take it apart, til I saw this video, this is why I love Youtube. Thanks again Man.

  • Perfect!! I had mine for about a month and it started giving me about a 1/4 cup on the largest setting. Was eyeballing the screws on the bottom to take it apart when I saw your video. Great idea and thank you!

  • I had a clog in the top piercer and it required a paperclip to the hole. Fixed, but only after using stinky vinegar!

  • OMG This worked Great! I am back in the game - Thank You so very much!!!

  • Your the man, by far the best advice I found on the Internet. Works like a charm now! Thanks!

  • Amazing! This method is way better than cleaning it with any sort of chemical. I flushed it twice and it worked like it was new again. I cannot thank you enough good sir!

  • worked like a charm so far. 10 straight full cups when I couldn't get any before. Will be curious to see how it does over the next week. If not I'll do it again. It really makes sense that a power flush is more likely to be effective then just vinegar. Unless of course you have very hard water. Btw, my descale light have never come on and I use bottled water. Thanks for posting this.

  • the problems are related to the air pump, repaired many Your an IDIOT

  • This totally did the trick. I really appreciate people like you taking the time to post this. Thanks so much!

  • If you have a Waterpik. Work it around the bottom filter area where it draws water from for about 10 seconds too. That worked for ours!

  • wow, i didn't see any scale, but wow, it worked, simplet fix!!

    Gratzi ldgriffith!

  • My problem was the Descale sign, i did all kind the cleanings i used gallon of vinegar , brought special cleaning pack , and still couldn't get rid of the sign, the only method to use now is the hammer.

  • Fixed! Thank you so much.

  • This worked for me with my Cuisinart SS700. Thanks!

  • I've owned a B70 for over 3 yrs and the last 6 months it has been giving me problems, brewing short cups and not brewing at all, it would just pump the water into the reservoir. Vinegar was not working any longer. I was 3 seconds from turning into the HULK and smashing the damn thing to bits. This fixed saved my keurig and completely corrected the problem, it took about a minute to get the water flowing throughout the machine. Now it brews fine. Thanks for posting this fix.

  • Give your Keurig an ENEMA!!! Never knew about the inlet filter. Tried this and it saved me buying a new unit!! My inlet filter was plugged! Awesome. Happy New Year!!

  • OMG ... I was JUST about to spend another $150 to get a new one thinking it was the water pump. Only 13 months old and really didn't want to buy another. So if anyone out there is having an issue where the water pump will start but then stop after 2 seconds, try this. Thank you SOOOOOO much!!!

  • This trick worked great for me. Thanks!

  • Not Ready, I tried it and it worked for me. Ten cups and still brewing.......so far so good.

  • I just can't get ride of DESCALE sign, I've tried every method and that crap works for just 2 cups and then back again with the same problem.

  • Any idea how I can accomplish the same thing if I don't have a nozzle like yours on my sink?

  • Thanks for the fix!

  • update on my comment from yesterday: Unfortunately it worked only for a short time. I returned my machine and got a replacement.

  • you saved my coffee maker!

I have a Cuisinart SS 700, which lasted 6 months, got it replaced by my local store, but the next one started acting up just yesterday, barely 6 months old! Dispensing hot water works just fine, but coffee? Well, I want 8 oz and get 4 or 6, want to add 4 and get 8 or 10. So I cleaned the needles, the k-cup holder etc. then started looking on youtube to find a solution. Your idea did it! THANK YOU!

  • It worked like a charm! Thanks!

  • Thank you so much! This worked wonders! Glad I didn't take my machine apart before I saw this.

  • I had the same problem. I watched the videos on tearing the unit apart and repairing it. I doubt I'd have the patience. I tried the method shown here, and eureka! It's fixed. Thanks.
