I love all of your videos you really inspire me as a natural. I just got my hair flat ironed for the first time in 2 years...my ears look so dry and feel brittle what should i put on it? I currently use shea butter.

Your ears, or do you mean your ends? I think before you flat iron it, you should do a pre poo treatment for a couple hours and then wash it with conditioner. Use a heat protectant and when you get ready to flat iron each piece, use one of those double sided brushes to pull the hair smooth first.

Thanks! I really have put heat in my hair after it was professionally flat ironed. I have been pin curling it but I dont like the way the back of my hair feels. It feels kinda brittle or rough.
