Great Idea! You should make it move faster too, and try using a remote control, such as iNXT remote for iPod touch or iPhone. Clever design anyways!

You could try putting a IR receiver on each wheel at the PF parts and put a IR transmitter to the NXT. That way you could control the wheels too :)

Not exactly. You see this is actually a trike (for balance) and a synchro-drive robot (which means that all three wheels need to be fully synchronized in terms of direction). So, although no motor attached, the contribution of the third wheel is essential.
