@beanie I would highly recommend having a water birth as Curtis birth was a calm and enjoyable experience.
whether I was worried about the wait after delivering his head, I wasn’t worried at all. I think this was probably due to the fact that I had researched water birth as well as having wonderful midwifes that I had great faith in. the midwifes made me feel very safe and I was well informed throughout the birth.
However my partner did say that he had a number of panic thoughts
Awww what a beautiful video, one to treasure forever. I'm due on Valentines day & will be going up to the Burnley Birth Suit I'm really hoping for a water birth to, so very exciting..... Was you not worried when you had delivered his head, that you had to wait for the next contraction to come before you could carry on pushing him out an that he was under water? Again a great video xoxo
