Everybody is talking shit about Junior.I met Junior last month and he was right next to me and talked with me and I can tell you his legs are fucking normal size.It's only his right leg is lighter,becuase he can't use it good,but his left leg is even more bigger than ours because he uses it very often.So his lower body is like ours.

That is not a one arm planche. Your body isn't vertical in any type of planche. That is a one handed handstand. A variation of it and harder than just a normal one since your legs are on the side, But it is still a one handed handstand.

And, as said already, bboy pop does do one arm planches. Look him up to see what they look like (tho it's kinda intuitive. one arm planche = planche with just one arm)
